Some other settings are in leveled lists, for example for ammo etc. With only a bit of effort you can set it to your likings. The item tables which are customizable by sliders only affect loot you can find. Used as base, you can further add to it, like I made changes for the aim models, recoil and projectile mechanics for example.

I tweaked it partly to my taste (for example more damage for most weapons, especially rifles/shotguns, more damage for certain melee weapons, and several changes to weapon mods), but it's good enough if unchanged, adds some nice mechanics, like bleeding, and it's customizable with MCM and holotape. It's the core of my damage system, as damage and health (NPCs and player) are made to fit.
